My daughter was in charge of the holiday dessert. Instead of the traditional pumpkin and pecan pies, she made pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate pecan tart.
I think I gained 5 pounds ;-).

Those are just beautiful. Kudos to your daughter. I'm always especially impressed when someone lines up all the pecans in a certain direction on top of their pie...that's a patient person and a true artist!
