186-366 checking out colors
Tried adoramapix to see how well their prints turn out. Pleased to see they match the colors I see on my computer quite well.
183-366 Boffo Motors
Don't you love that name?
I'm not a big fan of convertibles or old cars, but it would be fun to drive this one, even with a few of the parts missing.
180-366 ~
My lavender has been loaded with bees and butterflies. I can't blame them, that's where I would bee if I was a butterfly :)
184-366 "Happy 4th!"
I'm throwing my 366 a bit out of order, but seeing it is the 4th of July in my part of the world, a bit of happy patriotism seems in order :)
This flag is absolutely huge! In a weird personal note, for some reason it makes me nervous to go anywhere underneath it. I have no idea why. "Largeflappingflagophobia" maybe?
179-366 "homemade caramel latte", the unStarbucks
Definitely cheaper than Starbucks, but not quite as pretty :). Although I must say, the taste was very close, and that's what counts, right?
178-366 "too cool for the pool"
The day I took this, the temperature outside actually went down a bit, from the high 90s to 75. With a stiff breeze, even sitting outside was a bit too cool.
175-366 old photos
I've been going through boxes of old photographs left by my parents lately, many of which were taken by the old Zeiss camera in this image. A lot of them are pics of people and places that I don't know, taken before I was born. It's an interesting glimpse into their younger lives.
169-366 Father's Day gift
Since our daughter is the pastry chef at a large restaurant, she is busy most holidays. So this time we went to her restaurant for a Father's Day brunch. She brought out a special plate for my husband with lots of little goodies.
At some point I'm going to get images off my camera, through Photoshop and up onto Flickr. I can manage the taking a pic a day, just not the time to get them up! :)
